We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Europe & selected worldwide countries

We ship to Europe and a limited number of worldwide destinations.

Shipping is charged based on the weight of your order.

Available countries and prices will be shown at checkout.

Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot ship to all countries.

This is due to rising shipping costs, customs restrictions and delivery issues beyond our control.

If your country is not available at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time.

Delivery times

As we are run entirely by volunteers, orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, but please allow:

UK: up to 7 – 10 days

Europe & other countries: approximately 10 – 14 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services and customs processing.

Returns

Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Returns are accepted at the buyer’s cost, within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can advise on the process.
