The trail hunting consultation may have closed, but the campaign to strengthen the Hunting Act continues. MPs will have an important role to play in ensuring that the Government delivers on its promise to bring an end to hunting.
Write to your MP urging them to support robust legislation that strengthens the Hunting Act, closes long-exploited loopholes and provides greater protection for wildlife.
You may wish to highlight local hunting incidents, news stories or personal experiences to demonstrate why reform is needed and why this issue matters to constituents in their area.
You can also use the key points from our campaign in social media posts and tag your MP to help keep the pressure on as legislation is developed.
