Still no justice for Paul Watson

On Monday December 2nd, a court in Greenland extended Paul Watson’s detention until December 18th, whilst the Danish Ministry of Justice decided whether to extradite him to Japan.

There was some hope that the founder of Sea Shepherd/CPWF could have been released last Monday, but the Danish Ministry of Justice had notified the court on November 30th that they would come to a decision whether to extradite Paul in 14 days. As we’ve previously reported, Paul Watson is an innocent man, and deserves the chance to show his evidence which would surely be enough to see him freed.

Captain Paul Watson – a former hunt sab – has dedicated his life to fighting illegal whaling and fishing.
