Fitzwilliam Felons Rip Fox To Pieces

This morning, Wednesday 29th October, the criminal Fitzwilliam Hunt killed a fox while hunting near Keyston in Cambridgeshire.

They met at Manor Farm and spent the morning hunting nearby with sabs in attendance. At approximately 9:30am hounds flushed a fox from a small wood close to the road just southwest of the meet. After a short chase the hounds caught and killed the fox.

Sabs had no chance to intervene.

The Fitzwilliam Hunt have already been convicted of illegal fox hunting three times and their huntsman, Shaun Parish, is due in court next month to face further charges under Section 1 of the Hunting Act. It is clear that the Fitzwilliam Hunt have no intention of acting lawfully and are simply sticking two fingers up at the law.

As is to be expected from an Organised Crime Group, the hunt fled the area after the kill, leaving a crew of terriermen behind to perform a forensic clean-up job. These bungling idiots missed some of their victim’s internal organs and other body parts.

Cambridgeshire’s Rural Action Crime Team attended promptly, investigated the scene and will be making further inquiries. Hunt saboteurs from Beds & Bucks and Peterborough groups are currently reviewing their footage and will be sending all relevant evidence to the police.

An HSA spokesperson commented,

“Every week, courageous sabs from Beds & Bucks and Peterborough contend with the Fitzwilliam’s aggressive ‘stewards’ and the injunction imposed by their multi-millionaire hunt masters to save foxes from being ripped to pieces. The awful killing of the fox today will only strengthen the resolve of local sabs to finish off the Fitz.

It is also important to note that the Fitzwilliam frequently claim to use the ‘Falconry Exemption’ in the Hunting Act. This demonstrates that – although the ban on trail hunting promised by the government is vital – it alone will not be enough to stop committed criminals like the Fitzwilliam. This is why the HSA is campaigning in parliament for all loopholes in this deeply flawed Act to be closed.”
